John is an internationally recognized author with over thirty years of experience in counseling, consulting, and training. John created the notion of Therapeutic Hope Training as a set of "Steps to Mental Health." John uses a Positive Psychology training approach for his system called Foster Flourishing. Since then, he has proposed the notion of Fostering Flourishing as a new way to recognize and treat mental health issues.
